Demographics and Client Satisfaction on the Establishment of Driver’s License Renewal Office

This research study is an effort to determine the relationship between demographics and client satisfaction on establishment of Driver’s License Renewal Offices. A Purposive Sampling survey method was utilized in collecting data using a revised Client Survey Questionnaire based Land Transportation Office Satisfaction Measurement Form. The respondents were taken into account terms gender age bracket. Descriptive Statistics Hypothesis Testing P-Value approach deriving conclusion that there no significant difference Demographics office should support program establishing additional Offices nationwide. Furthermore, this has come majority clients at have high level do not contributing factor assessing satisfaction. Regardless sex age, efficient service delivery can be recognized acknowledged.
